About Shopzen
I have been working in IT for about 18 years. I work as an IT manager in London dealing with everything from workstation repair to VPN/firewall configuration. I started designing a few websites using Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Imageready mainly for friends then moved on to online shops. I tried a few out and eventually found Zencart. I was so impressed with its flexibility and support I created this site to sell my installation and design services.

Some hosting companies try and tie customers into contracts with cancellation fees and notice of cancellation. We don't believe in that here at Shopzen. If we can't keep our customers happy then we don't deserve them. We have no minimum contracts, nothing to tie you in. You don't pay anything up front, once you are happy with our design and setup then you pay our fee and the shop goes live. Please see our guarantee on the Shop Package Page.

We are not a big company and don't pretend to be. We have a good server with plenty of resources and we are ready to help you setup your first shop. We usually only take on one job at a time so please contact us to see what our workload is like.. We don't take on more than we can handle so when we design your shop you will have our complete attention. Because of this we simply ask that you dedicate some of your time to us by responding to our emails in a timely manner.
